2026 Summer Intermediate School Change and Refund Policy
Please see the refund deadlines below:
May 4 – Final day to request a full refund of tuition, minus a $75 administrative fee
May 18 – Final day to request a 50% refund of tuition
Please note that refunds will not be provided after May 19, and PVPSS reserves the right to adjust courses/staff based on enrollment.
PVPSS will issue a 50% refund for a verified death in the family, or a verified student illness (doctor’s note required), which precludes a student from attending Summer School, providing the request is made prior to the first day of summer school. Refunds will not be provided after May 18 for any other reason.
If you choose to purchase the ACTIVE refund insurance through the registration site, the PVPSS Refund Policy will not apply.
Schedule changes will incur a $25 processing fee. Please email help@pvpss.com with any change requests.
“Active refund” is an optional insurance associated with ACTIVE.com and is not under our control. If you purchased this insurance by accident, please email Active ASAP for a refund.
