Summer high school registration

PVPSS high school registration is now closed for most courses and workshops.  However, Algebra Prep, Geometry Prep, and SAT Prep (Session 2) have a registration deadline of July 11 because they start later in the summer.  Feel free to contact the PVPSS High School Director (Adam Genovese) with any questions/concerns at genovesea@pvpss.com.

Please make sure to review the High School Pages (tabs above) for details on formats, courses, workshops, etc.  Also, note that workshops do not provide grades or credits, and they can be taken concurrently with an online course.  In addition, students may enroll in multiple workshops, as long as the dates/times do not conflict.  Welcome to PVPSS!

* Teachers will email enrolled students and parents with all necessary course information by June 13.
* Onsite history courses are completed in under four weeks – see Summer High School Information tab for details.
* All academic courses are two semesters, except for Online American Government and Online Economics (one semester each).

 

 

High School Registration information & instructions

Important Notice: PVPSS high school registration is now closed for most courses and workshops.  However, Algebra Prep, Geometry Prep, and SAT Prep (Session 2) have a registration deadline of July 11 because they start later in the summer. 

Registration Instructions: You will be directed to the High School Registration system after clicking the “Register for Summer 2026” link below.  Parents must enroll any student who is under 18 years old at the time of registration, and students without an Aeries ID number can use 12345.  Also, please note that PVPSS is a private entity, run separately from PVPUSD.  As a result, the approval form required by PVPUSD for out-of-district courses must be done even if you are enrolled in a PVPSS course.  Please contact your school counselor for details on that process.

When registering, please input your rising grade level for next fall.  For example, current 8th graders will input 9th grade as their grade level.  Also, please note that students may enroll in a different workshop each semester, and online classes can be taken simultaneously with workshops.

Once registration is complete, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase.  You will have the option to purchase an Active Advantage Membership at the end of your transaction, but it is not necessary.  Just click “no thanks” to finalize your transaction.  If you accidently purchased the ACTIVE refund insurance and wish to cancel, please contact their Consumer Support team at support@active.com (PVPSS does not provide a refund with this option).

Changes and refunds will incur a processing fee (please refer to our Payment, Course Changes, & Refunds section below).

PAYMENT, COURSE CHANGES, & REFUNDS

Payment

Transcripts can be sent after payment is made in full.  A 30% tuition discount is available for any student enrolled in the PVPUSD Free and Reduced Price Meal Program. Please email your student’s name, their class choice and a copy of the letter (for the current school year) to help@pvpss.com and we will send you a coupon code to use during the registration process.  The coupon will be valid for one class only.  If you qualify for the discount, please do not register without the coupon code as no refunds will be given.  For more information about the Free and Reduced Price Meal Program, please visit https://pvpusdschoolnutrition.net/index.php?sid=1805092048139844&page=lunchapps.

COURSE CHANGES

Feel free to email the PVPSS High School Director (Adam Genovese, genovesea@pvpss.com) if you are interested in transferring to a different course or workshop. Please note that there will be an administrative fee of $25 (in addition to any lab/supplies fees for the new course).

REFUNDS

Please see the refund deadlines below:

May 4 – Final day to request a full refund, minus a $75 administrative fee
May 18 – Final day to request a 50% refund of tuition

Please note that refunds will not be provided after May 18, and PVPSS reserves the right to adjust courses/staff based on enrollment.

Also, if you purchase ACTIVE refund insurance through the registration site, PVPSS refunds no longer apply.  If you accidently purchased the ACTIVE refund insurance and wish to cancel, please contact their Consumer Support team at support@active.com.
