Important Dates – 2020

Orientation will be online and a link will be emailed to you prior to the start of summer school.

May 18 – Last day to request full refund.  Request must be in writing to  No phone requests.  Must be date stamped on May 18 for full refund. Please include Parent and Student’s First and Last name and the class they were enrolled in. 

May 19 – $50 fee for schedule changes, drops and cancellations

May 31 – Last day for full refund (less $50 fee) on yearlong and first semester classes

June 1 – $50 late registration fee

June 1 – Yearlong and first semester refund rate at 60% through June 21.  Request must be in writing to (order confirmation # is required).  No phone requests.  Must be date stamped on or before June 21 for partial refund.

June 12 – Online registration site closes at 3 pm.  Once site is closed, you must email for class availability.

June 22 – First day of classes – no refunds for yearlong or first semester classes. 60% refund for second semester classes through July 10

June 23 – Last day to add/change first semester classes (walk-in by 7:30 am only)

June 24 – Last day to add/change a yearlong class (walk-in by 7:30 am only)

June 30 – End of first quarter. Progress reports due (all students).

July 2 – Last day to withdraw/audit first semester classes (walk-in by 7:30 am only)

July 9 – Last day of first semester. ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY (no exceptions).  NOTE: Early Dismissal @ 12:30 pm. Faculty Meeting @ 12:30 pm.

July 10 – Last day for 60% refund on 2nd semester

July 13 – First day of second semester

July 14 – Last day to add/change second semester classes (walk-in by 7:30 am only)

July 21 – End of third quarter. progress reports due (all students)

July 23 – Last day to withdraw/audit second semester classes (walk-in by 7:30 am only)

July 30 – Last day of classes – ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY (no exceptions). 

Sept 1 – Deadline to challenge a recorded grade

  • *Students are required to attend the last day of summer school – July 9th for 1st semester and July 30th for yearlong and 2nd semester classes.
