No forms are currently required or available for Summer PEP. Please use the on-line health information form when registering.

A Student ID number will be required for 2018 registration.

Current PVPUSD students:  ID number can be found in your student’s Aeries account, or contact your school office for assistance.  Use only the last six digits and ignore any leading zeroes.  Please enter the number in the ID field during registration.

Non-District students: A Temporary ID number is needed to register.  Click here to submit a request for Temporary ID.

SUMMER PEP REFUND POLICY

Full refunds less a processing fee of $50 per student are available through May 31.

NO REFUNDS will be made on or after June 1. Please be certain of your choices. No changes will be made after Summer School begins.

Refund requests must be in writing (no phone, voicemail or mailed requests), computer date stamped online no later than May 31, to help@pvpss.com.  Please include name of parent who completed registration (account holder), student’s name, order confirmation # (#177…) and date of order.  Any request for refund date stamped June 1 or later unfortunately cannot be honored.
